Commissioned: Losing My Religion // Acts 10

In Acts 10, God orchestrates a meeting between Peter, a Jewish apostle, and Cornelius, a Roman centurion. This encounter highlights the challenges we face in fulfilling the Great Commission, particularly the barriers of our own comfort. Peter, despite being filled with the Spirit and having led the early church, needed God’s direct intervention to step out of his comfort zone and embrace his calling to reach the Gentiles. This passage challenges us to examine our own lives and consider what gospel challenges God is calling us to rise to!
