Promise in the Chaos: The Days of Noah - The God Who Grieves // Genesis 6:1-13

When we think of Noah, it’s easy to picture a children’s story filled with animals and rainbows. But the flood account shows us God’s heart breaking over a world overcome by sin. Yet, even in the midst of judgment, God made a way of rescue. He provided the ark, just as He has provided Christ for us. The ark had one door of salvation, and in the same way, there is one way to the Father, through Jesus. The story of Noah invites us to see both the seriousness of sin and the greatness of God’s mercy. And it calls us to rest in the safety and hope we have in Christ, our true ark of salvation.
